Blair boys' cross country (5-1) and Blair girls' cross country (6-0) both had exciting seasons this fall. Before the season started, Blair learned that they would no longer have any home meets.
This year, Blair's cross country team has added 31 new members, bringing the total to 96 runners. With 14 students running varsity and the other 82 running junior varsity, it's the most Blazers ever on the squad.
In the first home meet of the season, both boys' and girls' cross country (1-1) beat the Richard Montgomery Rockets (1-2).

Both the girls' and boys' cross-country teams raced past the Springbrook runners to earn victories in their final dual meet of the regular season.
Both the girls and boys of the Blair cross-country team dashed past Gaithersburg High School. The girls team (1-0) won in a near-sweep of the Trojans (0-1), while the boys' team (1-0) also won overall in a slightly close race against Gaithersburg.

The Blazers edged out Churchill by a mere two points to take 4th, in what was one the team's most successful meets of the season. Despite a muddy course, the Blazers were able to pick up traction, and two girls were even able to PR.
The Blair cross country team faced the Gaithersburg in its first home meet on Tuesday afternoon at Wheaton Regional Park. The girls' team (1-0) earned a win with a score of 50-15 while the boys (0-1) fell 38-18.
