Katie Jentleson is currently a senior attending the Communication Arts Programs at Blair. This is her second year on paper although she was enrolled in Mr. Mathwin's journalism class both semesters two years ago. Katie has played field hockey and softball for the past three years. Her hobbies include music and one day she hopes to become internationally famous through her success as guitar player and vocalist for a chick band which includes her friend and page editor Juliana Stevenson. Katie is considering pursuing journalism in college, depending on her experience on Silver Chips this year. She currently lives in Kensington, Maryland and commutes monthly to visit her father who is a profesor at Duke university in Durham, North Carolina. During the summer, Katie works at Burgandy Center for Wildlife Studies, a sleep away camp located in Capon Bridge, West Virginia. If she had to pick the ultimate movie of summer 2000, it would be X-men the movie.
