NELSON H. KOBREN GYMNASIUM, Dec. 12—

The boys' varsity basketball team fell to Walter Johnson on Monday night by a score of 75-49. The Blazers were within striking distance at halftime, down just six points to the Wildcats. But WJ took hold of the game in the second half, as Blair failed to maintain defensive assignments and couldn't muster any offensive intensity.

The Blazers struggled to contain 6'4" senior forward Ryan Lynch, who scored 15 of his 23 points in the third quarter. Blair is now 2-1 on the season and will face Bethesda Chevy-Chase on Wednesday night. Check out these video highlights of the Blazers' loss to Walter Johnson.
