Senior chosen to Maryland all-star game

A Blair senior was named as alternate to the first annual Maryland Football Coaches Association East-West All-Star game.

Senior running back Jermaine Jack joins 13 other students from Montgomery County in participation of the event to be held on Saturday, June 28 at Greenway Stadium in Cumberland, Maryland.

The other Montgomery County athletes are Albert Andrawos (Damascus), Nick Costello (Quince Orchard), Joe DiGeorgi (Good Counsel), Eric Kasch (Damascus), David Kennedy (Seneca Valley), Marcus Mason (Georgetown Prep), Kwang Min-Choe (Northwest), Romeje Richards (Sherwood), Chris Ropko (Northwest), Bobby Sheahin (Sherwood), Josh Twyman (Sherwood), and Dewayne Whitaker (Northwest). Fred Boddie (Paint Branch) was selected as an alternate as well.
