Your experts are back, telling you how to properly live your life

Stacy says you shouldn't plan to give up all your favorite foods at once. Take it one step at a time. Photo courtesy of CT Bites.

I've been eating too much lately. How do I stop so I can get fit?

Stacy: Try keeping a food journal! It'll help you become aware of what you are putting in your body, so you'll probably think twice about binging on food that you are just eating because you're bored. However, it'd be a good idea to change your diet one step at a time (don't go from a meat lover to vegan in one night) so that your diet plan will be more practical to follow. If you just can't give up your love for food, focus on working out extra hard and only eating small amounts of the food you love.

Hannah: You should feel comfortable with eating however much you want. Food is amazing and deserves to be eaten. But if you're worried, try going for a run or jamming to some P90X. Or follow Mimi's advice.

Mimi: Let yourself go. Loosen up your belt, open a bag of chips and enjoy the deliciousness of the thing we call food. Chubby chasing is in, health food is out. Everybody loves a pot belly.

My boyfriend cheated on me. Should I stay with him or break up with him?

Stacy: Your boyfriend basically already left you when he cheated on you, so I think it's time for a break up. Don't ever settle for someone who doesn't respect and appreciate you and everything you have to offer when there are plenty of people in this world who would. Also, if he cheated on you once, what makes you think he won't do it again?

Hannah: Lose him. Don't be with someone who doesn't respect you. Also listen to "Before he cheats" by Carrie Underwood on repeat to make yourself feel better. Don't actually beat up his car with a baseball bat though, that's highly illegal.

Mimi: Break up with him and don't look back. Forget Hannah's little warning about law enforcement, maybe a little tune by Jazmine Sullivan can give you some ideas for revenge. Bust Your Windows, anyone?

Mimi says go for it, but balance out the rest of your schedule. Photo courtesy of AP CLEP Test.

I'm signing up for next year's classes and I want to take 6 AP classes. Is that a good or bad idea?

Stacy: Some people really enjoy challenging themselves and really benefit from taking 6 AP Classes. However, other people just get stressed out and end up not actually learning in the classes, but instead just trying to get good grades in them. I would suggest taking about 3 to 4 AP classes so that you can really pay attention and learn from them.

Hannah: That sounds like a great idea...says no one. Pro tip: don't take an AP level of a class you're not interested in or don't plan on studying in college. For example, if you hate Chemistry, don't take AP Chem. Take the classes you're interested and don't load up on half a dozen APs because you think it'll look good on your college apps. It's better to graduate not having pulled out all your hair.

Mimi: Hold your horses hotshot. 6 APs puts the capital K in Kray. Take triple period gym, and self-study during the time you won't spend doing crazy amounts of homework.

The last season of my favorite T.V. show is ending soon! What will I do in my free time when it is over?

Stacy: Why are you asking us? We don't know your life. We don't know what you've been through. And we don't even know what show you were watching.

Hannah: Stacy can speak for herself, but I sympathize with your pain. Your favorite TV show ending can be irrationally emotional. The best way to get over it is to immediately watch an entire series on Netflix (or follow Mimi's advice) to avoid dealing with reality. I wish you luck.

Mimi: R-e-a-d a b-o-o-k. Let me have Bomani D'Mite Arma explain: Read a book.

I can't find a date for prom but I don't want to go with just my friends. What should I do?

Stacy: This school has approximately 2800 students. You are not looking hard enough.

Hannah: Dates are for squares. Follow my lead and take a cardboard cut-out of Ryan Gosling.
