The pep rally originally scheduled for Friday, October 11, has been moved to Friday, November 1, according to Community Outreach Coordinator for the Student Government Association Yodit Beru. A second spirit week is not scheduled at this time.
Homecoming ticket sales will continue during the week of October 28 at second week ticket prices: $12 for single tickets and $20 for couple tickets. Homecoming tickets are nonrefundable.
Beru understands the decision to move the Homecoming celebration. "In light of recent events we had to postpone because Mr. Gainous and the administrators were concerned for our safety," Beru said.
