Blair holds College Admissions Night

On Monday, Sept. 25, Blair held its annual College Admission Night, where colleges, including Georgetown University, University of Maryland, Montgomery College, Howard University and Johns Hopkins University, presented tips on their application process.

The main event of the night was the College Admissions Panel. Representatives emphasized that keeping to the deadlines is absolutely crucial. "Pay attention to deadlines. Deadlines are very important, in the college process," Jaclyn Kuhn, the senior admissions counselor for the University of Maryland, said.

After the panel, the colleges split up into different classrooms to offer more specific tips about admissions, financial support and application due dates.
