During the spring, the distinctive smell of a decomposing pig is certainly hard to miss in the area around Blair's wetlands. Most Blazers have no idea the pig exists, but for the past nine years, it has played a major role in Blair's Forensics classes.

Boys' varsity soccer (6-3-4) played an exciting double-overtime game against Bethesda Chevy Chase (7-3-2) on Thursday, but lost on a shootout with a final score of 3-2.

Varsity boys' soccer (1-1-1) ended a chilly Monday night with a 1-1 tie against Whitman (3-0-1). Blair was not fazed by Whitman's strong reputation and refused to lower their energy throughout the game.

They are part of the new hip-hop movement which is focused on returning rap to its golden age of great lyricists and great beats that are reminiscent of soul instead of electronic music. Although they are not part of mainstream music, most have had international tours and are gaining deserved popularity every day.
