On Jan. 25, an 18-year-old Montgomery County youth was shot and killed in NW D.C. Though the event is tragic enough on its own, it hits home, close to the hearts of the Blair community. The victim, Siobhan Nicole Lee, roamed Blair Boulevard just a few short months ago, as a member of the graduating Class of 2012.
The MCPS class of 2012 set a record high average score on the SAT last year. However, Blair was one of six high schools whose scores did not improve.
