Proceeds from event will fund senior prom
The senior class and SGA are sponsoring Blair's first-ever Spirit Night, which will take place this Thursday, April 7, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the gym. Tickets are $3 for seniors and $5 for underclassmen with IDs.
Local radio station HOT 99.5 will be hosting the event, and feature performances will include rock and go-go bands as well as routines from Blair's Diva Dancers and Middle Eastern Club.
Organizers of the event anticipate a beneficial evening for all involved and encourage all to come. According to SGA representative senior Shewit Woldu, "Spirit Night is an opportunity for clubs to display their talents and for students to enjoy their time."
The funds generated from the show will be used for this year's prom.
