Schedule for HSA exams

Due to HSA's next week school will be opening 3 hours late. Students taking HSA's should arrive on time. There will be no "activity bus" reversal as previously planned.

According to Dr. Wilson, the administration considered running a reverse activity bus system, in which buses would bring students to school three hours late. However,Wilson said that unlike other schools Blair does not have activity buses because of the CAP and magnet buses that run at 3:00.

Students who arrive at school at the normal time will be provided with "educational experiences," said Wilson. Activities include a poetry reading in the media center and movies in classrooms. Wilson promised that if students "are here on time they'll have something to do." He also warned that students who arrive late may be forced to spend the morning in the SAC.

Students arriving three hours late are expected to arrive at their 5A classes by 10:47 each morning. The schedule is as follows:

May 19:
7:25–10:39: HSA Testing (English)
10:47-11:35: Period 5A
11:43-12:31: Period 5B
12:39–1:21: Period 1
1:29–2:10: Period 3
2:15–3:00: Period 8

May 20:
7:25–10:39: HSA Testing (Biology)
10:47-11:35: Period 5A
11:43-12:31: Period 5B
12:39–2:10: Period 2
2:15 –3:00: Period 8

May 21:
7:25–10:39: HSA Testing (Algebra)
10:47-11:35: Period 5A
11:43-12:31: Period 5B
12:39–2:10: Period 4
2:15–3:00: Period 8

May 22:
7:25–10:39: HSA Testing (NSL)
10:47-11:35: Period 5A
11:43-12:31: Period 5B
12:39–2:10: Period 6
2:15–3:00: Period 8

May 23
7:25–10:39: HSA Testing (Geometry)
