Student taken to hospital

A male student had a seizure in the main hallway at approximately 2:05 p.m. today, delaying the end of sixth period. The administration felt that it would safest for the student if the bell rang five minutes late.

Administration turned students who were already in the hallway away and told students in an announcement that they should avoid the main staircase on their way out of the school. The boy was taken away on a stretcher.

Secretary Carrie Addison said that the Blair student was taken to the Washington Adventist hospital.

Teacher Robert Gibb was with the student when he had the attack. Gibb said that the student was able to answer questions even with his condition.
