As part of Silver Chips Online's ever-long pursuit to inform and educate our readers, as well as have a bit of fun, members of the staff have submitted their wishes for the upcoming Academy Awards.
Under each staff members' name is a list of the movie or individual who they feel truly deserves the honor of the Academy Award. The staff members freely admit to not having seen all of the films nominated for each award. Many predictions are therefore purely based on subjective opinion of their names, for example "The ChubbChubbs!" nominated for best animated short film was unanimously wished the best of luck. The far right column lists the film or individual who the staff feels will actually win the award due to pretensions and politics among the judges as well as occasionally talent.
