Grammy nominations announced

An abbreviated list of the nominations for the 45th Annual Grammy Awards is listed below. The award ceremony will be telecast on Sunday, February 23 at 8 p.m. on CBS from Madison Square Garden.

According to Grammy.com, awards are for recordings released during the Eligibility Year October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. If more or less than 5 nominations are listed in a category, the result is because of ties. For a complete list of nominations, see the official Grammy Awards website.
