Girls' lax has ugly start, but finishes off Gaithersburg 12-11

The girls' lacrosse team struggled tonight to put away a much less experienced Gaithersburg High School team, but ended up on top, 12-11. Poor groundball play as well as a lack of control on the defensive end of the field hurt Blair and kept Gaithersburg in the game. On Wednesday, April 17, Blair faces Walter Johnson High School, which was recently ranked fourth in the Journal Top 10.
