Class of 2005 graduation date changed

The senior graduation date has been changed from Friday, June 3 to Thursday, June 2 because of scheduling errors.

The hosting venue, Jericho City of Praise, had two events scheduled for June 3, and so Blair was offered another date. "The church double-booked us. They called us and said they were very sorry and told us we could pick any other day," said Attendance Secretary Roxanne Fus.

Senior class sponsor and graduation coordinator Charles Wang dismissed the change as trivial. The adjustment was "just a kink that came up," he said. "This should have no effect [on seniors]."

The original date for the class of 2005 graduation was chosen last year by the previous graduation coordinator. Class of 2004 graduation was June 3, which was on a Thursday.
