This cheesy wrap is obscure, edgy and delectable

What is a chupaqueso? The answer is simple: it is delicious. How do you make one? The process is simply fun. With this straightforward and little-known recipe under your chef's belt, you'll be astounding throngs of dinner guests in no time. Invented by Howard Taylor, creator of the web-comic space opera "Schlock Mercenary," this dish will make you feel like a true hero.

This cheesetastic treat will either leave you deeply satisfied or irreversibly comatose--but either way it tastes great!

Prep time is approximately 15 minutes. One chupaqueso can serve two

Kitchenware
- Skillet
- Spatula

Ingredients
- Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Monterey Jack cheese (any type will suffice)

Preparation

1. Grate a 1/2 cup of cheddar and a 1/2 cup of cheese.
2. Spread cheddar onto heated skillet. Form an approximately 8 inch diameter circle with the cheddar.
3. Wait for the cheddar to toast, flip with spatula when necessary – like a pancake.
4. When the cheddar shell is formed, slide it out of the pan and onto a plate. Add some Jack and a sprinkle of parmesan.
5. Feel free to include any other fillings that you feel would be appropriate with this cheesy wrap.
