Magnets showed off their talents at the event
On Jan. 18, 2019, the annual Magnet Arts Night (MAN) took place in the Alumni Auditorium. The show was free and began at 7:00 p.m. The event showcased the artistics talents of individuals in the Magnet Program and concluded with a "Senior Act," in which seniors presented a skit about what it felt like to be a Magnet over the past four years.
A variety of talents were showcased, from singing to dancing. The show was open to the whole school to connect with the students in the program. The show also provided an opportunity to sell art pieces created by Magnet students outside of the Auditorium.
Magnet senior Elana Elman, who had performed for the last two years in MAN, had a fun time at the show. "I had so much fun being a part of it with my fellow [classmates], and all the other acts were really cool," Elman said.
