Team record: 17-12, 7-9 conference
Coach: Herb Sendek

The North Carolina State Wolfpack are the third North Carolina team in the ACC. The Wolfpack are the only North Carolina team that might not advance the NCAA tournament.

Strengths:
Senior Julius Hodge's talent has guided the Wolfpack to all of their success. This squad finished with a record of 17-12, almost finishing at 500 in the ACC, 7-9. Similar to Duke, North Carolina State had a great start to the season winning ten of their first eleven games. From there, they played their tougher conference opponents and began losing.

The Wolfpack should be able to beat the tenth ranked Seminoles of Florida State in the first round of the ACC tournament. They will face a formidable opponent in the second round in Wake Forest and a victory against them is unlikely.

Weaknesses:
The Wolfpack are basically a one-man show as they only have one player that has a scoring average in the double digits. Hodge is now a senior and his basketball career at North Carolina State is coming to an end. Hodge leads the team in the three main statistical categories, points, rebounds, and assists. His line is 17.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 4.5 assists.
